For Gods glory and by his will, and the Church of God are proclaiming the Gospel of Christ and the coming Kingdom of God.

The King of Kings

Although much of mainstream Christianity does not teach it, the bible is clear that the coming of the Lord Jesus will be in power and glory, and will herald in the Kingdom of God - ruled from Jerusalem. Unknown to most, the whole of creation suffers together, awaiting the great day of the LORD (Rom 8:19-23).

His earthly reign of 1,000 years will be a universal kingdom in which all principalities, powers, and enemies are overcome. The kingdom will be ruled from Jerusalem (Psalm 2:4-9) (Zechariah 8:3), not Heaven where Christ currently sits at the right hand of God (Psalm 110:1). Those that belong to Christ will reign with him during the 1000 years (Rev 20:4-6).

Following the millennium, the great white throne judgment will occur in which all others who have ever lived, both great and small will be judged according to their works (Rev 20:11-15). Jesus Christ, having put all enemies under his feet, will then turn the kingdom over to the Father. God will dwell with the redeemed in a new heavens and a new earth. There, no disappointment, defilement or death can enter. Righteousness and peace will prevail forever. Amen to that!

If we rightly divide the word of truth we see that contrary to popular belief, no one has yet ascended into heaven (John 3:13). All those who have passed away are as those who sleep - The Dead Know Nothing (Ecc 9:5). Todays commonly held beliefs of heaven, hell & even purgatory are the result of an insidious attack on the early church by people (under the influence of the satan the devil) who were set on polluting the true Word of God with Greek Hellenistic and philosophic beliefs.

According to the bible, when we die, we return to the earth from whence we were created, and the spirit returns to God who gave it (Ecc 12:7).

For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.

Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.

And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which [is] before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, [and there shall be] a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.

And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one. (Zechariah 14:2-4,9)

For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God. (Romans 14:11)

As always there is great truth and peace to be found in the Holy Bible. Rather than wondering where our loved ones are and what will become of us when we pass away, we can be confident that The Almighty Father has everything well in hand. If we believe and belong to Christ we will be resurrected to immortality upon his return, if not we are destined to be resurrected after the millennium in the second resurrection. There along with all others who have not believed, or who lived before Jesus time or without the spirit of God we will have to stand before God in the Great White Throne Judgment (Rev 20:11), and be judged according to our works.

Everything in its correct order - Thy will be done great Lord, on earth as it is in heaven.
